Fall Skincare Lineup ✨

I like to switch up my skincare routine every season depending on my skins needs . This Fall I’m really focusing on hydrating, plumping and sculpting.

Here are some of the small skincare rituals I am using that make a big difference:

🔑 Drinking 90-120 ounces of water daily. I start with electrolyte water in the morning, creatine water during my workout, and then water with lemon in the afternoon and plain filtered water at night which I keep by my bed.

🔑 Using a Hyaluronic serum to boost hydration, I use this morning and night on slightly damp skin.

🔑 Applying a thick and nourishing night cream to help soften and firm my skin while I sleep. I love the Dream Night Cream from @oseamalibu.

🔑 Gua Sha every morning with a face oil. It really helps to sculpt my features and improves lymphatic drainage.

The perfect bassinet doesn’t exis…

I have been searching and searching for the perfect bassinet and I was so excited to discover Halo! I had heard all about their sleep sacks for babies but didn’t realize they also have an amazing line of bassinets! The 3.0 Swivel Sleeper has it all, it fits snugly against the base of our bed and keeps Olivia super close to me while we sleep but it also keeps her safe, it has a flexible front wall so I don’t have to get out of bed to feed her, it has vibration and different soothing sleep sounds (she loves the nature birds), and it was super affordable - oh, and one of my favorite parts is that the bassinet detaches from the base so you can keep baby close to you while you get stuff done!
