My hair is naturally fine and thin and it's now thicker than when I had hair extensions! Here's what to do: 1) Apply Amazing Hair Savior 2x week (it's a natural rosemary oil) and keep in for at least 30 minutes. I either apply it before I work out, sleep in it overnight, or slick back my hair into a low bun with it in my hair. 2) Wash your hair with Dae shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days. It's the only natural shampoo and conditioner I've found that has premium quality and leaves your hair strong (I've tried A LOT of all-natural hair products). I spray my hair with cold water before I get out of the shower. I've noticed this helps with breakage. 3) I do my makeup and get ready before I brush my hair and blow dry it! This also helps with breakage. I let my hair dry as long as possible before I use my blow dryer upside down to add some volume and get creases out of it. I use the Dyson Supersonic blow dryer which has made a huge difference in quickness of drying, how smooth my hair is, and reducing heat damage. 4) I use Big Sexy Hair root pump plus at my roots to add volume after washing. 5) I use Dae oil on my ends to moisturize. 6) I use the Just Ingredients dry shampoo almost every day to add in volume and soak up natural oils so my hair doesn't look greasy. 7) I spray my hair with a little bit of hairspray and let dry before I brush through and curl. I separate my hair after curling it and letting it cool, and spray with hairspray again to keep the hair separated to add volume and hold. 8) I brush my hair every night before bed with my favorite Steila Stotts brush and apply Dae oil on the ends of my hair. 9) I sleep with a silk pillowcase. 10) I use my favorite L. Erickson hair ties when I put my hair in a pony tail. It prevents breakage and reduces creases from hair ties. It sounds like a lot, but I bet it's not much more than you're already doing!
