🍍🍍🍍MY BABY! — Today our hazelnut, baby baby, baby monster, stinks, hazelbean, princessiest, who gives the best kisses...is 4 months old! She loves to chew on her hands, talk REALLY LOUD, cuddle with her family, give kisses, read books, kick her feet in the pool, and is overall the happiest baby I’ve ever seen. 😍😍😍 — Also, 4 months ago I started the toughest job of my life. 😊People ask me what it’s like to be a new mom and I never know how to answer. I think there’s an unspoken bond between women not to “scare off” potential moms (let’s be honest, you can’t scare of a lady who wants a baby! 😂) but also as women, we never want to be perceived as “whining” or “weak”...but I’m here to tell you having a baby is TOUGH and it’s HARD WORK! Not in a bad way - but in the best, most challenging, rewarding like nothing else kinda way. But yeah, it ain’t easy! So to all you new moms or soon-to-be moms, give yourself grace and know that you’re doing a great job!! 🤩 — I was thinking back to when Hazel turned 3 months. We hadn’t even started to pack for our move and I hadn’t gone back to work yet.
