🧡💛🧡THIS WEEK... — ...has been a tough one. It was sorta the perfect storm, everything happening at once. I’m back to work full time and as you know I love me some @hgtv and @builtcustomhomes, but it’s been tough to leave Hazel for 12+ hours a day. Not to mention working in a pandemic, which just makes everything so much harder and riskier. 😷 @brettrothofficial and I also moved last weekend, which is an awesome blessing, but a major disruption to our already precarious routine with a newborn. Think boxes everywhere 📦📦 and the amount of work that moving is, not exactly the easiest. And then this morning, I woke up at 3am with clogged milk ducts, which is super painful and my body telling me I need to slow down. WHOOPS! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ — That said, we’re still so lucky to be able to go to work, have the BEST TEAMS HELPING us, to be healthy and safe, and to have a perfect little baby to stare at instead of trying to find silverware in the boxes in our kitchen.
