BRONZE HOLIDAY MAKEUP Starting with my foundation, I like to use a foundation stick bc it gives me the coverage I need and has the skin like finish without being cakey. You can use any buffer makeup brush for your foundation. I’m convinced they all work the same. I’ll be sure to list a few options. Next is eyeshadow, I LOVE doing the halo technique because it makes me feel like I’m an actual makeup artist 😂 my glam comes out …well super glam anytime I try it out. You can take any dark brown eyeshadow and place it on the inner and outer corner of your eye. Blend it out. Don’t worry if the center of your eye gets covered a little. Once that’s blended to your liking, pat your shimmer eyeshadow on your lid. You can do this with a brush (wet the brush if you’re working with a shadow that has lots of fallout or wet the brush to intensify the pigment) or you can apply with your finger. Once applied, use a small brush to gently blend that in. I also, like to add brown eyeliner at the edge of my lash line for a pop. Next is concealer, I currently only use ONE concealer for all of my glam makeup looks. I apply my concealer, then use a concealer brush to spread it out then I blend it out with a beauty blender. So next is what really makes my makeup POP! The setting powder and Powder Foundation combo. I start with lightly setting my concealer with the loose powder and then going in with the compact power foundation to add color back to my face. THEN after that I go back in with the loose powder to bake under my eyes. If you struggle with concealer cracking under your eyes, doubling back to bake really helps. After that I apply my fave blush and highlight combo to create that glowy-bronze look. I think a deep red blush with gold highlighter on top always creates the perfect cheeks. I don’t contour, just thought I would throw that in there lol. For lashes, I use Kiss lashes. Literally the only lashes I use. Lastly, my lips, I tend to lean towards nude lips. I don’t mind over lining my lips,( just a tad lol) it really depends on the makeup look. But yes, that’s the glam!
