Beginner to Advanced (Progression) Stages:
PHASE 1: Bodyweight only.
PHASE 2: Using 2 dumbbells in each hand with arms positioned around the working leg.
PHASE 3: Tossing 1 dumbbell to land inside the working leg.
PHASE 4: Tossing 1 dumbbell and moving it to the outer side of the working leg.
Try adding 3 sets of 6+ reps/side into your next lower body or circuit workout, with a 30 second rest in between sets.
