April 13th marked a year since I started doing Alternate Day Fasting! I started my fasting journey January ‘24 and lost about 13lbs from Jan-mid April (mostly 20hr fasts). But as soon as I started ADF April 13th, the weight started to fly off. From April-Jun I lost an additional 20lbs. I’m currently down about 65lbs since last January 50-53ish of those pounds are from ADF. Along this journey I have gotten out of the pre diabetic range as well. For those of you who are new to my page or don’t know what Alternate Day Fasting is, it’s basically eating every other day. 36 hours of no eating just water or low calorie drinks, followed by a day of “normal” eating. Then repeat. I’ve only done one perfect month of strict ADF on my journey, last month. I usually do at least 3 36s a week, and every blue moon I’ll throw in a 60 or 72 hr fast in there but not often. Shout out to Colleen Marie Cares for sharing her journey and inspiring me ❤️ 6’0 April ‘24: 247 April ‘25: 196ish theheartsandcake90 ifancycupcakes theheartofbrittney keepitmoving wellness wellnessvlog alternatedayfasting adf strengthtraining strengthtrainingforwomen weightlifting pilates walking dailywalking fasting fastingjourney fastinglife walkingchallenge fastingwithzero LTKMidsize LTKActive LTKPlusSize
