Non Scale Victory 🎉: I can definitely see a change in my face! I started my fasting journey in Jan. Doing mostly 20 hours or so but I switched to ADF (Alternate Day Fasting; 36 hour fasts every other day) in April. That was the game changer for me. Shout out to Colleen Marie Cares on YouTube. Her content inspired me to make the switch.
Exercise:
Pilates 2x a wk
Strength training 2x a week
30 min of daily walking
I’ll link some of the books I read to learn about the benefits of fasting and some of my gym clothes etc.
