I’m so proud of me. I don’t always feel like going to the gym but I love that I haven’t been relying on how I feel lately and instead have been focusing on just getting shit done! So proud. I did 225lbs on hip thrusts for the first time today and I’m officially lifting more than I weigh 🙌🏾💪🏽

I’m also proud of all of you that are showing up for yourselves in the keepitmoving challenge this month! This is the most people I’ve seen participate and it’s amazing to see us coming together for something healthy and positive! I’m proud of us!
