It was fun putting these looks together. I love how they all turned out. I saw @lastnamestokes pair her brown loafers with brown socks so I did that with the first look. 🤎 love the brown moto jacket paired with the look too.

I’ve seen the cream Amazon two piece set everywhere but I got it after seeing fellow tall girl @janeshamoore wear it. I’m wearing a medium. It’s a piece you can size down in because has a lot of stretch.

I wanted to include a chill look because that’s so my vibe. I saw the sweater on Shein and thought that it’d be perfect for Thanksgiving or any Fall festivities.

Last look definitely gave 90s realness with the beret! I felt like Hilary Banks.

The fleece lined tights are from the TikTok shop. They are black and brown girl friendly!

Non Scale Victory 🎉: I can definitely see a change in my face! I started my fasting journey in Jan. Doing mostly 20 hours or so but I switched to ADF (Alternate Day Fasting; 36 hour fasts every other day) in April. That was the game changer for me. Shout out to Colleen Marie Cares on YouTube. Her content inspired me to make the switch.

Exercise:
Pilates 2x a wk
Strength training 2x a week
30 min of daily walking

I’ll link some of the books I read to learn about the benefits of fasting and some of my gym clothes etc.
