I have been on my fasting journey since early January but in mid April I switch over doing ADF or Alternate Day Fasting. I have seen better results since doing so. I’m currently challenging myself to do 13-15 36 hour fasts from May 20-June 20 I’m currently in the middle of my 4th one so far 🙌🏾 8. Pretty flowers we picked up at Lowe’s for the yard. 9.
