So baby Delilah started solids and I was buying store bought baby food pouches (a popular organic brand). Then I started seeing rashes develop on her back. I knew the store bought baby food was the culprit because that was literally the only thing I introduced her to at that time. I remembered I had the baby nutribullet that I hadn’t unboxed yet. Let me tell you, making my own baby food was so easy to do and guess what? Baby has no more rashes because she’s eating simple and unprocessed food! By the way, both the store bought food and what I made were sweet potato). I think it’s just best to keep baby food as simple and fresh as possible. I’m not against anyone who buys store bought food because it serves a purpose, it just didn’t work for me.
