1. Jeans are amazing but if you’re in between size up! I am in the 18 but they barely zip - I am exchanging for the 20 Top and jacket run true to size - im wearing 2X! 2. Dress runs small in the hip area so size up! I’m in the 2X and I am exchanging it for a 3X! Tights run true to size and I’m wearing the 2X comfortably!3. Shirt is an oversized fit, I wear the 2X! Skort runs a tad small, I take the 3X! Sweatshirt runs true to size! 4. This dress fits incredibly well and the straps are adjustable! Runs true, I am in my regular 2x!

These pieces are perfect for work in any season! These spanx pull on perfect pants are incredible. Get your regular size! They do run LONG so if you're shorter than 5'7 I suggest getting petite. I'm 5'8 and the regular are a tad long on me, for reference. I wouldn't get the tall unless you're over 6ft. The short sleeve top is adorable, runs true to size! I'm in the 2X.
