Holiday mantel: Amazon cedar garland for the win. Loving those fresh look! I used 4 garlands. One is afloral because I only had 3 Amazon ones on hand, but they’re SO similar you can’t tell. Also had some juniper berry picks already, so I added those too.

Holiday garland favorites! They’re all from different retailers and at different price points, so there’s something for everyone. I’m really loving cedar garland this year, but I included everyone’s favorite Norfolk Pine here too.

1. Afloral cedar garland. I’ve used this in my own home for years on mirrors and love the lush, full look. I think I’m going to mix it with the Amazon version (no. 2) on my mantel this year!
2. Amazon cedar garland. This is the green color, but there’s also a dark green version. It’s amazing quality, especially for the price. A good budget-friendly alternative to the Afloral option. (And a little longer, too!)
3. Norfolk Pine. Also by Afloral, but sold on Amazon as well. This is the garland you’ll see everywhere, and for good reason. It’s great, and well-priced, especially for the quality. I’ve used this on my mantel for three years now. Be prepared to need a few strands of it, though.
4. West Elm glitter garland. A gorgeous, dark green option with a little sparkle. It’s pricey, though!
5. Target cedar garland. The most budget-friendly option, and a great pick if you’re looking for something lighter (it’s not heavy at all!). Would be good to layer in with the other options too!

Big Christmas Day here in Cleveland. (IYKYK ⚾️🎄) Last year’s fireplace mantel garland for those who want to get a head start! Honestly now is the time to buy, garland sells out FAST! I used seven (yes, 7 🙈) Norfolk pines, 2 seeded eucalyptus, and a few baby fern picks here. I think I’ll be going smaller this year though! I’d say you need at least 2 pine garlands, and more like 4 for a good, full look.
