✨Quick & Easy Dinner Idea✨ Healthy Korean BBQ Beef Bowls I love a good busy weeknight, healthy dinner! This one can be thrown together in 20 minutes or less using a slow cooker. 🙌🏼 🥑 Only 7 ingredients! (makes 4 servings) • 2 packs (or 1.5 lbs) of beef stew meat • @primalkitchenfoods Korean BBQ sauce • 1 pack of frozen jasmine rice • 1 pack of frozen cauliflower rice • Slaw mix • Avocado • Sesame seeds 🍽️ Directions: 1. Set your slow cooker (I use our InstaPot slow cook function) to high for 4 hours 2. Add beef stew meat and cover with half a bottle of Korean bbq sauce (note: add a little water if needed) 3. Add your jasmine rice and cauliflower rice to a pot with a little water and cover until heated through ❌ Never heat those plastic bags in the microwave! They can release plastics into your food. 4. Once your meat is done cooking, remove, shred with two forks and mix with more Korean bbq sauce 5.
