I workout a decent amount & feel very strongly about wearing the RIGHT SHOES for whatever you’re doing! Whenever I’m doing HIIT, I always run back to these😍👀 they’re perfect for navigating all the movements but most importantly — lower body! If I’m gonna be sprinting or jumping up & down, then squatting? I want something to function well for both that won’t hurt my back later on. These are the Nano X4 from Reebok & I highly suggest!
