The boots are water repellent and the hat is actually from a golf club but I linked similar ones that say girls but are definitely gender neutral. I could only find the top to link, but i shopped in store and grabbed the bottoms. Also I love the all rubber pacifier clips because they are easily cleaned as well as the MAM pacifiers.
