Just a regular day over here...starting with Aunt Flo making her dramatic return after almost two years (thanks for that, by the way). But honestly, even on the messy, tired days, this season of life feels so full.

4 chicken breasts
1 whole bottle of bbq sauce (cover chicken completely)
1 can of diced or cubed pineapple
