My morning must-haves! These are shown in order of consumption. The first two are immune and gut replenishing drinks: 1) colostrum from grass-fed cows, (casein removed), a greens drink (including Yerba mate & green tea for metabolism, spirulina for detoxing and much more). The bottom two are easily blended into my coffee (just stirred) and support the brain, immune system and gut functioning as well bones, muscles, skin, hair and nails.
