✨I dry brush 2-4 days a week.
✨Use a brush w/natural bristles (comment BRUSH for a 🔗)
✨Start at the feet and work your way up to the midsection, back, & then go down your arms.
✨Brush in a circular motion towards the heart.
✨Highly recommend dry brushing before a workout to sweat out toxins more easily.
✨Finish with a shower and moisturizing oil.
