Confession: I used to hate working out. I thought I wasn’t athletic, and honestly, I still don’t love moving if I don’t have to (ask anyone who knows me 🤣).
But once I shifted my mindset from ‘I want to look this way’ to ‘I want to feel this way’, everything changed. 💡
Working out for how it makes me feel—stronger, pain-free, and energized—has been a total game changer. 🏋️♀️
And the secret to staying consistent?
✨ Find workouts you LOVE (hello, pole dancing and boxing!).
✨ Schedule them at times that work for YOU.
✨ Keep it convenient and easy to show up.
And remember: falling off track is part of the journey. You don’t need to wait for a new year to restart. A new day is all it takes! 💕
