4 Ingredient Protein Rice Krispy Treats ✨ 4 Tbsp butter 4 cups marshmallows 1/2 cup protein powder 4 cups rice cereal • Grease a 9x14 pan with butter, and the back of a wooden spoon spoon (set aside). • In a pot over low heat, melt the butter. • Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows, and stir frequently until everything is smooth and combined. Remove from heat. • Work fast, add the protein powder and quickly stir. • Add your rice cereal, again working fast, to mix everything until fully combined. Mix starts to harden fast. • Press the mix into your greased pan with the buttered wooden spoon OR use the butter wrapper (great trick! 🤗). • Let it set for 30 minutes to an hour.
