We were out of candles for the angle chime so I made a set with leftover beeswax sheets. They are SO easy to make, clean burning and all natural. And I can’t lie to you, I don’t like the smell of the tree candles typically used for angel chimes, even though they say they’re unscented. 🤨 Anywho! Here’s how I make these. If you’ve made the full size version with me, it’s the exact same but on a smaller scale. 1. Using scissors, cut beeswax sheet into a 3.75” x 5” rectangle + a small piece of wick about 4.25” long. 2. Place wick on the edge of one of the short sides of the rectangle and roll up the wax sheet around the wick using your finger tips to press and roll simultaneously. The tighter you roll the candle, the longer it will burn. Once the entire candle is rolled up, press the edge of the wax sheet into the candle to hold in place. 3. Repeat steps 1-2 for additional candles. If need be, trim the wick down to 1/4” before lighting. If you cannot with the homemade candlemaking, there are beeswax tree candles out there too.
