MORNING RITUAL MUST HAVES ! the mornings can be hard but having a routine in place and the right mindset you can get your day started right. i started the year with just that prioritizing my wellness and getting my day started (5 minutes earlier every three days) and i have seen such a remarkable difference in my day with a few simple things. getting in good nutrition (mixing my bloom supplements with a little lemon or in my smoothie), journaling (i swear by it), and stretching for five minutes (and instead of scrolling on social media listening to podcasts like pursuit of wellness, the mel robbins podcast, wellness her way , and not your typical podcast it makes 5 minutes go by so quick) have helped me so much.
