Quick little “what I eat in a day” — mama edition! Starting the morning with room temp water (x10 throughout the day, no joke), a splash of coconut water for extra hydration, and of course… coffee with my prebiotic gut health powder + Malk creamer. Then it’s smoothie time — packed with protein (using @equipfoods + @lineageprovisions combo!), mixed berries, collagen, colostrum, and topped with @purely_elizabeth granola Lunch was a quick grilled chicken bowl with some leftover beef tossed in — I’m all about easy, protein-packed meals. Snacked on my go-to protein balls (recipe will be on stories!), and ended the day at a seed oil free restaurant with the yummiest burnt ends.
