I’m sharing my crowd-pleasing white chicken chili recipe in this post. 🙌🏼 ⏬ INGREDIENTS 2 pounds ground chicken
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) white (Great Northern) beans, drained and rinsed
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
2 cans (4 oz) diced fire-roasted green chiles 3/4 teaspoon each: dried oregano &paprika
1 tablespoo each: ground chili powder, ground cumin
salt & pepper 4 cups chicken stock or (8 oz.) cream cheese 
Finishing touches (optional): 3-4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro, 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice INSTRUCTIONS Brown Brown took chicken in the slow cooker until it is no longer pink. Add in the green enchilada sauce, drained and rinsed white beans, fat-trimmed boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, corn, green chiles, oregano, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste. I add about 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, but add to personal preference. Add in the chicken stock or broth. Stir everything until combined. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 3-5 hours. Add 1/2 package of cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking Whatever toppings you want and enjoy! 😊 Not only is this slow cooker elegant and beautiful on my counter; it has 8 cooking modes: slow cooker, simmer, reheat, high, medium, low, warm, sauté, and steam!
