How to Use: Break the top surface of the balm with your index finger first, and then warm it up to soften the formula. Apply balm using your fingertips, palms, a brush, or a sponge onto cheeks, lips, or anywhere you want to tint or glow. *Miracle Balm is not intended to be used on the eyes or eyelids It’s also cruelty free + NO phthalates, sulfates, petrolatum, PEGs, cyclic silicones, EDTA, or BPA. (Among many others.) They follow guidelines even more stringent than those of the E.U. to eliminate over 2,700 potentially harmful ingredients from their formulas.
