One of my favorite tricks for getting enough sleep is getting in my pajamas EARLY (usually when my kids are getting ready for bed) so that I don't find myself too tired to get ready for bed when it's time to actually get in bed. WalmartPartner

They don't love getting in pajamas when it's time to jump right in bed, but if they know as soon as they're ready for bed, they can play for 45-60 minutes, they're much more willing!
