headed off for a fun little “Fall Friday” 🍂🌼 play date with our sweet friends 🫶🏽 - headed your way with goodies, @shelbyyjenkins 🥰🎃😍

Week 2 of my @nourishmovelove “winter arc” program complete ✔️ and feeling so good!!! 💪🏽 Anyhoo, huge fan of her 5 days a week 20 minute strength-training workouts that you can add onto your regular daily running 🏃‍♀️ or walking 🚶‍♀️ and that I can knock them out quick (with my little helpers ofcourse 🤭 - peep Judson’s little weights hehe 🏋🏼 next to mama’s)!! Happy Friday, y’all!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Yesterday evening the hubby had to stop by the land on his way home from work 😍 for some things 🤭🛠️🏡 and sent me videos and pics 🌾🌼🌳 while I was fixing dinner 🍽️ - oh how we love this slice of heaven and can’t wait to build our dreams #fromthegroundup out there!!!! 🥰🫶🏽

Then post-dinner, we went on a beautiful evening walk at sunset - the best!! 🌅 October nights like this with my boys have my wholeeeee heart y’all!!! 🍂🌄🍁 Oh how we love this sweet sweet season of life so!!! 🥰🌾😍 So much joy and excitement and goodness!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽 And the leaves are a changin’ 🍃 and signaling the start of a sweet sweet new season ahead for our family with all that’s to come out on our farm!! 🤭🚜🛠️🏡 Thank you, Jesus, for this sweet life!!! 🧡

Like I was telling my mama on the phone 📞 last night, it really feels like this season of living up here in my great grandparents’ old family farmhouse has been such a gift from the Lord (for SO many reasons 🫶🏽 - Wes transitioning jobs and so many exciting things in that area 🛠️, had another baby up here 👶🏼, the list could go on and on lol), but one huge way… connecting me back to my roots so deeply!! 🌳 Where so much of my family history is, where people everyday say “well I knew and loved your mamaw, or your daddy, or so and so” 🥹, and hearing weekly stories from “Grandpa Columbus” 👴🏾 out on the front porch (when he stops to visit and chat 💬) about my Papaw!! 🧡 Only GOD could write a story like this… and so beautiful that our land (the 15 acres the Lord - truly the LORD - blessed us with 🌼) is just a short drive down the road from here and we will get to raise our babies so close out on all that land!! 🌾🌳🍂 Anyhoo, there’s my storytime for tonight - but just so full of awe for how He’s been working and moving in my life and our family’s over this season - and so stinking grateful!!! 🥲

truly, one of the sweetest sweetest gifts of living up here in my great grandparents’ old farmhouse (for this season before we build oh our land 🤭🌾) is this 👏🏽 screened-in 👏🏽 porch 👏🏽 !!!! when we were praying through selling our home in the city to take this huge leap of faith (& ended up finding our dream 15 acres - all glory to God!!!!), this porch was the “god wink” 😉 for me - and boy, it sure has been special for this season with our babies so little!!! 🤱🩵👶🏼 And now, @wesmabry is gonna build me front AND back porches out on our land and I know I will he living out there as well lol - what can I say………… I am an outside lovin’ #porchgirl over here 😍

Homemade “from scratch” tortillas 😋 for our crockpot chicken fajitas 🫑 (Judson loveddd helping “flip” them haha) and sweetness out in the garden!!! 🪴💐 Love this sweet little life of ours so! 🫶🏽

And then we met up with my parents who were driving through town today 🫶🏽 and my Uncle Edgar for lunch at the local soda shop!!! 🥤 Sweet Baby Levi Rhett fell asleep 💤 the way there and slept through the majority of our lunch 🥹 (sweet baby!!) and it was just so good to all be together!! 🩵 Such a fun 🤩 Monday from start to finish!! ❤️

Just so magical seeing the awe and wonder in their little eyes 🥹 as they got to see all kinds of different animals - so many different types of fish 🐠🐟, lizards and iguanas 🦎, bunnies 🐇 (Sweet Baby Levi Rhett loved waving 👋🏼 at him and blowing him kisses 😘💋😚), birds 🦜, snakes 🐍, and more!!! 🤩 There is nothing better than hands-on, interactive learning experiences like this - I’m convinced!! 🙌🏽 And my boys were obsessed 🤭 with the store cat 🐈 named “Princess” 👸 and Judson tells everyone how we are going to be getting a kitty out on our farm 🚜 soon (because @wesmabry has told him we will definitely need one out there in the country when we build our new house 🏡 to keep the mice 🐭🐁 away)!! And yes….. we will for sure be coming back now - it was quite the hit!! 👏🏽
