Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
1 box pasta of your choice
12 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk (for a lighter option)
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter (for sautéing)
1 bag fresh spinach
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook Pasta
: Cook the pasta to al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Onion
: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
