I share this as someone who is typically fine ordering steak prepared as the chef desires, but I always feel for anyone who orders well done or medium well when others give them a hard time. 😔 Like so many things in dining etiquette, it’s best not to mention what others are eating and instead chat about something else. Speaking of steak, this was the traditional Florentine T-bone from @bucamariofirenze in Florence.
