The meal planning system that is my new best friend:
1) printed recipes
2) an organized binder
3) planning sheets for each week
NO MORE DEALING WITH MY PHONE IN THE KITCHEN AND GETTING A ZILLION ADS!!
Here's what I do:
As I find recipes I want to try, I print them them instead of just save them in the graveyard of my Instagram. Then I three hole punch them (middle school me is so overjoyed to bring this back) put them in my binder. Each Thursday, I use my own meal planning sheets (DM me for the link and I'll send it over to you!!), plan out my meals and grocery list and task list for meal planning, and then on Sunday I open my binder and just go!!
I'm on week 3 and it's finally something that is working!!
**ps, I got the dividers with pockets but honestly, if I did it over again, I'd use the non-pocket ones cause they're bulky and there's no need for pockets really!
