TO MAKE: Roll a goat cheese log into diced dried apricots, crushed walnuts, cracked black pepper and salt. Gently press down into mixture for a good stick. Place log on a plate and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and honey. Serve with crackers, bread or crostini.
