GREEK-STYLE TURKEY MEATBALLS
2 pounds @butterballturkey ground turkey meat
3 red mini sweet peppers, stem/seeds removed
1/2 red onion
10 garlic cloves
1/4 cup @athenosfeta crumbles
1 sprig of fresh dill
1 sprig of fresh parsley
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the meat to a large bowl.
2. In a food processor combine peppers, onion, garlic, feta, dill and parsley. Pulse until everything is finely minced then pour over the meat.
3. Add eggs, breadcrumbs and seasoning.
4. Mix and roll into meatballs (about 3 tbsp measurements) you should get about 30 meatballs.
5. Add olive oil to a large pan on medium heat. Slowly add meatballs (do in batches) and cook until the meatballs are crisp and fully cooked inside. Make sure to rotate so all areas of the meatballs are cooked evenly.
WHIPPED FETA DRIZZLE
1/2 cup @chobani Greek yogurt
1/2 cup @athenosfeta crumbles
1/2 of a lemon (juice only)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine yogurt, feta, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
