Three things making a BIG difference in my skin lately.

1. VI Peel. I did this a few months ago and the results are incredible. Can’t wait to do another one. My sun damage is lighter and my fine lines are gone. I have no Botox right now. BUT am scheduled for next week mainly for pain relief. (You have to get this done at a medical office. Most derm PAs or NPs do them)

2. Plated Intense Serum
This has been a game changer! Economies are THE FUTURE OF SKINCARE. Get on it now.

3. Liquid Microneedling. I did a series of 4 space 1 week apart at first but then I went to two weeks the last two sessions. Boosts collagen and helps reduce sun damage. (Call your local esthetician for this one)

Special shout out to Clinical Skin Retinol Peptide serum. This is one of the first retinols I’ve been able to consistently use and not have irritation and the results are HUGE. I apply it every other night after PLATED is fully dry. I don’t apply moisturizer until the morning.
