sedentary job? Stand up! I just purchased my standing desk and it’s the best investment ever. It made me and my back and legs so happy. Oh the versatility. I didn’t know sitting and standing at work would give me such joy. No more leaning over if you’re too tall, or overextending if you’re not. The buttons are in hands reach. I’m 5’7 and to have a table actually read to the height I want has been saving me SO much pain. Next, I’m adding a treadmill under my standing desk! If you’re minimal, go for the ones without drawers (I did!) but if you want some space, there’s designs with drawers that also look nice. You can also put a trolley right next to the standing desk for more stationary (I did)!
