My Top Tips for Balloon Garlands: 1. Choose a variety of sizes. I used 12 inch, 9 inch, & 5 inch of each color here. 2. Use 260’s (the long skinny balloons) to tie the balloons together. 3. Add accent balloons in various shapes like the gold chain link & black starbursts I added here! 4. Use a hand pump for the mylars and 5 inch balloons 5.
