As much as I love having an open concept main floor…I also felt the space just kept going. I wanted to add a sense of separation…without completely separating the spaces. Using that 5th wall to create some slight separation with some faux beams, made it feel like there were set spaces without losing any space 🙌🏻 These beams also added warmth and texture (something I’m always looking to add to spaces).
