High Protein Nutrition for the win! I added a little spring twist to this one by stirring in some My Protein Lemonade Clear Whey Isolate🍋 Started with the 1 cup Frozen Mango chunks and 8 frozen blackberry for fiber, texture and color. The defrosting brings out juice to flavor the 2/3 cup plan unflavored nonfat Greek yogurt and then I added a tablespoon of heavy cream for the fat. 1/2 scoop of the my protein clear whey isolate lemonade and sprinkled 3 tablespoons of raw hemp seeds for more protein, texture and fiber with 8 raspberries and 1 tablespoon of raw sliced almonds. YUM!
