Ingredients: 1 cup champagne or prosecco 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp (3 .25 envelopes) of unflavored gelatin 1 cup white grape juice 1/2 cup vodka Optional: edible spray glitter Directions: Place plastic 2 oz cups on a baking sheet for easy transport to and from the fridge Pour champagne, sugar and lemon juice into a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let sit for a minute allowing it to "bloom" Add ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and add juice and vodka.
