Morning green juice ritual. 💚 I prefer mine slightly tart hence the two lemons. If I have ginger and other greens like spinach around I’ll add that as well. Using a pretty affordable cold press/masticating juicer. It extracts without blades, producing less heat and therefore maintaining more of the nutrients. Wanted to try this method out before investing in a really good one and I definitely prefer it over a centrifugal machine (which uses blades that in turn causes faster oxidation). Linked in my bio!
