I was struggling so hard to get workouts in the last year or two which was pretty rough for me since I’m one of those weird people who LOVES working out and have since I was a teenager 🤣
My brain/body just needs it to feel my best! 💃
Creating this little workout area for small spaces was a GAME CHANGER!
This little rolling cart is easy to move around, can hold 4 sets of weights, has 3 tier trays (we use one for foam rollers, one for a yoga block/my sneakers, and the top for another weight, and S hook to get knots out)
I added some soft feet to the coffee table and BAM our multi-purpose room now is doing overtime as a mini in home gym!
p.s. They changed the design of the exact rack I got, but I tagged it PLUS a few others that I like even more/would get instead if doing over (they have a spot for bands, better storage for the rollers, and 2 extra slots for weights and is only 8 in longer than the one I have!)
