My morning ritual: early morning sun exposure and my daily vitamins.
I’ve been using Ritual products for 4 months now and it’s the first time I’ve actually stuck with taking vitamins - today was the multivitamin, pre and probiotic, stress relief, and some ginger pills (from a generic Walgreens brand).
I also pack these every time I travel, as well as the melatonin supplements! So helpful to relax before bed and get better sleep
