Maybe it’s meant for morning, but I actually prefer them as a snack before bed. My recipe: 1 c whole Gluten free oats, 1 c unsweetened oat milk. Add to a jar, then add your toppings. I always add fresh berries, walnuts or pecans, and if you must sweeten, a drizzle of raw honey does the trick. Let me know if you try these!
