I recreated Hailey Bieber’s makeup from the VMAs using these eye products. The Lizzie palette from Colourpop has quickly become a favorite of mine. I used it for my purple eye look (previous post). I received the milk makeup eye primer for free in exchange for my honest review. The eye primer helped my shadow stay on all day.
