Jean sizing: i prefer to size down one in these ( i also cut mine) because they have stretch and i found loosen a lot while wearing. Sweater: your typical size works ( im wearing medium) but if you prefer more oversized sweaters i would size up one for extra room. This is a 100% cotton sweater so it has some weight to it and is great for winter with no itch! Jacket is an amazon favorite and i go with my regular coat size ( large) so i can layer under it.
