@theskinnyconfidential I started using mouth tape to sleep at night in January and it has been an absolute game changer for me. It took about 4 nights to get used to, but now I won’t go a night without it. I was a mouth breather at night and it was causing jaw pain and loose skin under my chin and worsened my under eye bags. Not only does it make my jaw feel like it’s in a hammock all night (no pain!), I’ve noticed I’m sleeping deeper (shown in my Oura ring) and I’ve even seen changes in my facial structure. I’ve tried a few different brands over the months and have settled in on this one. It allows me to use all of my facial creams and serums and lip mask still, while still sticking. But not too much that it's hard to get off in the morning. I've had others leave sticky residue. Ew. I also like that there's a little slit in this one so I can talk a little bit and mostly not have dreams I'm suffocating. 👍🏼 And it comes in a really cute tin that I keep on my nightstand. 💋 It's not for everyone, but there are a lot of health benefits to trying it if you tend to breath through your mouth at night.
