Let’s make this $59 Pottery Barn Ghost Cloche for less than $15! You’ll need a cloche (this one was $8 from Target), forms for the ghost shapes, a black plate (this one’s from the dollar tree), bleached cheesecloth (this is left over from the cute guy to my left), Mod Podge, and gloves because this gets a bit messy. Mix about 1 part Mod Podge to 1 part water (you only need about 1/4 cup of each for this project).
Cut your cheesecloth to shape, put your gloves on and soak your cloth. Make sure to set your forms on a flat surface so they can dry for 24 hours. Drape the wet cheesecloth over the forms and fluff them to fit. I used 3 pieces each for these ghosts. You’ll want to make sure to fluff them exactly how you want them because they’ll dry that way. They also need to touch the surface so they’ll stand on their own.
Once dry in about 24 hours, fill with fairy lights if you want (mine are on a time too!). Then, hot glue tiny black felt pieces for eyes. I tied a ribbon on my cloche and hot glued a spider to the side. There you go!
