Which would you pick? At the end of the day this boils down to two things. Do you want to have a coach for running and do you want to wear a ringer or a watch? It did take me a little bit to get used to the ring because it is a thicker ring. I have the generation four which is a slimmer cut then generation three. At the end of the day, with as much as I run, it makes sense for me to keep the Garmin! The Oura ring is cool, but it doesn’t add $500 value to my life because I already get all this information from my Garmin watch and I’ll be returning it. there are a lot of deals on the generation three ring right now that’s a lot more affordable than the four! You also will save money if you’re willing to have a black ring instead of rose gold. To the tune of $150! If you’re looking for some basic health tracking and don’t want a watch, the ring is the way to go! Pick between the generation three or four based on price point and how important it is to you that it’s a slimmer ring. Note, this requires a monthly subscription. If you, like me, are into running, I can send you two options! The cheaper of the two is great for up to a 5K or 10K and the other is great for marathon training. No monthly subscription needed! 👏 LTKActive LTKSaleAlert LTKGiftGuide
