I welcome the buzz around ‘quiet luxury’ at the moment, because it fits in with my values of focusing on thoughtful shopping, a minimalist approach to dressing and wearing true wardrobe investments that will stand the test of time.
Quiet luxury is a synonym for ‘elevated basics’ - wardrobe staples made from quality materials with interesting cuts and silhouettes. Classics with a twist so to speak. On TikTok people are calling it ‘old money aesthetic’ or essentially how to dress like you’re family has generational wealth. So no shouty logos, more minimal styles, paired back styling and inspiration from ‘if you know, you know’ brands like The Row, Khaite, Toteme.
So I thought I would put together an edit of my ‘quiet luxury’ wardrobe staples, all from the high street, which you can find linked on my LTK page, which is linked in my bio. Remember to look at the composition of materials and to choose high quality fabric - such as 100% cotton, silk, cashmere or recycled fibres where possible.
